MILWAUKEE - The first floor of an apartment building near 25th and Capitol is a total loss after a fire on Saturday evening, Aug. 22.
What we know:
According to the Milwaukee Fire Department, emergency crews responded to the scene of a fire on the first floor of an apartment building.
All occupants were evacuated and no one was injured.

The first floor was deemed a total loss, impacting 50 residents.
The fire is still under investigation by the MFD Fire Investigation Unit.
