Judge says studios can be sued over misleading movie trailers

A judge is allowing a false advertising claim for the movie ‘Yesterday’ to move forward now that fans claim they rented ‘Yesterday,’ expecting the Actress Ana De Armas to be in it. The Actress was in the movie trailer but cut from the movie. Gino Salomone joins FOX6 WakeUp with the details.
