Former school safety officer Michael Robinson sentenced in connection with 3 open cases
MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee County judge sentenced 26-year-old Michael Robinson on Wednesday, February 22nd in three cases, involving guns, sex and drugs.
"I made a mistake. I'm human. I did these things. I didn't do it to harm anybody. I didn't do it with malicious intent. I'm just learning. Live and learn in life," Robinson said during his sentencing hearing.
Robinson will serve 15 months in the House of Correction and five years probation once he's out.
Robinson was a Riverside University High School safety officer and in one of the cases, he was accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old student. MPS officials suspended him without pay when the allegations came to light in October.
