MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee business owner's response to a bad review written by a customer on Yelp is getting a lot of attention online.
Ari Domnitz, who owns Karma Bar & Grill, located near Jackson and Ogden in Milwaukee, posted the response on Facebook on June 30th after reading the one-star review posted to Yelp by a customer named Anthony.
Anthony wrote:
Domnitz, "feeling annoyed" on Facebook, posted the following response, after noticing that Anthony gave three stars to gas stations and Taco Bell franchises -- but one star to his business.
As of Tuesday evening, July 5th, that post by Domnitz has more than 500 "shares," and Domnitz is receiving a lot of support from commenters.
