$32 million investment: Downtown Sussex could soon get new apartments, condos

SUSSEX (WITI) -- Downtown Sussex could soon get a new apartment and condo complex.

The plan is to create almost 240 new apartments and townhouses in downtown Sussex over the next five years.

The developer also wants to redevelop two properties and expand the Mammoth Springs condo community.

The projects represent a $32 million investment.

Village officials are working with the developer and will consider $7 million to support the project.
