Light snow ends, blowing snow may continue to cause slick spots on the road
SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- Lingering light snow is creating poor driving conditions across southeast Wisconsin on Wednesday morning, April 4. A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 7 a.m.
The FOX6 Weather Experts say the snow will wrap up early this morning, but blowing snow may continue to cause slick spots on the road throughout the day. Highs reach near or slightly above freezing, and wind chills will feel like the 20s even at the peak of the afternoon.
Due to weather conditions, all Sheboygan area schools have a two-hour delay today. All school bus pick ups, start times, and classes will begin two hours later than on a normal school day. Morning 4K is canceled.
A winter weather advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 511.
