West Allis man kicks off bachelor party with Packers vs. Bears party
WEST ALLIS -- While many headed north for Thursday night's Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears prime time football game at Lambeau Field -- some took in the game at area bars or from the comfort of their own living rooms. FOX6 News caught up with Aaron Zuege, who kicked off his bachelor party with a Packers party Thursday night.
"With the Packers playing the Bears, we're kicking it off tonight," Zuege said.
Zuege and his friends held a Packers watch party, where there was foosball, ping pong and football frezy. It was one of the last times he'd watch the Pack as a bachelor.
Zuege said Thursday night he's more worried about the Packers' season than he is about settling down.
"I'm not nervous about the wedding. I got the right one there, so I don't have to worry," Zuege said.
Zuege met his finacee while on the job after a co-worker set the two up.
Thursday night, friends congratulated a future husband and long-time Packers fan about to begin a new life.
The last Packers game Zuege will watch as a bachelor will be on September 30th, when the Pack takes on the New Orleans Saints. His first as a married man will be October 7th against the Indianapolis Colts.
