Hellweg wild again in Brewers 6-2 loss to Reds

MILWAUKEE -- Someday, perhaps sooner than later, Johnny Hellweg will learn to throw strikes and become a good Brewers pitcher. But in his 3 starts for Milwaukee-including Wednesday's 6-2 loss to the Reds at Miller Park, Hellweg couldn't find the strike zone.
He walked five batters in 4 and a third innings while allowing 4 earned runs.
After the game, the 6'-9" righthander was sent to Class A Wisconsin (AAA Nashville and AA Huntsville will be on All-Star breaks when Hellweg is scheduled to pitch).
Sean Halton his his first big league homer for the Crew, but Ron Roenicke's men couldn't complete the sweep.
Ryan Braun sat out Wednesday's game; Milwaukee opens a four game series in Arizona Thursday night.
