CHARLOTTE, North Carolina -- For the second straight week, the Green Bay Packers face an undefeated team on the road-- this time, the 7-0 Carolina Panthers.

The Packers are now 6-1 after falling to the undefeated Denver Broncos last Sunday night, November 1st.

Newton was able to get the ball into the end zone for a Panthers touchdown (a one-yard rush by Newton).

The Panthers next touchdown came as QB Cam Newton again launched the ball down the field -- and WR Philly Brown caught the ball in the end zone. It was a 39-yard pass. The successful extra point brought the score to Panthers 27, Packers 7.

As the second half got underway in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Packers took over at their own 20 yard line after a touchback.

The Packers were challenging the spot of the ball.
The Packers won the challenge, and the call was overturned -- bringing up fourth down. The Panthers would then punt the ball.
Packers QB Aaron Rodgers was able to recover his own fumble after he was sacked on third down.
The Packers were forced to punt as this offensive drive came to an end.

A Packers touchdown came when Aaron Rodgers found James Starks on a screen pass for 29 yards.
The TD was reviewed, and it was determined that the TD would stand. The Packers opted to go for a two-point conversion.
That two-point conversion was successful -- with a pass from Aaron Rodgers to Davante Adams -- bringing the score to Panthers 37, Packers 22, with 7:54 to play.

The Panthers would begin an offensive drive with about 7:00 left to play in this game.
Late in the fourth quarter, the Packers said RB Eddie Lacy has a groin injury, and his return is questionable.

That interception was reviewed, and it was determined the interception would stand.
The Packers were unable to convert on third down, bringing up fourth and five -- and the Packers opted to go for it.
QB Aaron Rodgers found Randall Cobb for eight yards, and a first down.

It would be fourth and goal for the Packers on the four yard line at the two-minute warning.
