Woman accused of crashing into War Memorial building pleads not guilty

MILWAUKEE -- Rosalin Rodriguez, the woman accused of driving drunk and crashing through Milwaukee's War Memorial building pleaded not guilty to OWI Tuesday, June 12th.

Police say Rodriguez had a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit when she missed the curve on Mason Street and crashed through the War Memorial back in April.

Rodriguez has been convicted twice in the past for similar crimes.

The judge said Tuesday Rodriguez must report to a treatment center and maintain absolute sobriety.
