Waukesha officials warning neighbors about sex offender release

WAUKESHA (WITI) -- Officials in Waukesha are warning folks about the upcoming release of a sex offender, who will live in the 1100 block of E. Main Street.

Officials say 43-year-old Jack Herman has served his sentence, and will be residing at 1100 E. Main Street #5.

Officials say Herman's victims include teen female acquaintances.

Herman will be a life registrant with the sex offender registry and will be submitting to face-to-face registration with law enforcement.  He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victim and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.  He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on G.P.S. monitoring while under supervision.

Herman is a white man, weighing 202 pounds with blue eyes and sandy hair (shaved balding).

He has a pierced left ear, and several tattoos on his arms.
