Unsettled weather: Chance for showers & thunderstorms each day this week, but Monday should be dry
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The work week brings with it a stretch of unsettled weather.
FOX6 Chief Meterologist Vince Condella says a cold front will move through the area Sunday evening -- and it will then stall.
Condella says the front will remain stalled in central and southern Wisconsin for the remainder of the work week, and because of this, there is a chance for showers and thunderstorms each day.
Condella says these will not be all-day rain events -- but instead, the storms will be mixed with periods of dry weather.
Condella says dewpoints will remain in the 60s for the week -- so it will be mild and muggy.
Condella says if the front is to sink to our south occasionally, winds will turn to the northeast, and bring briefly cooler weather at times -- especially closer to Lake Michigan.
