Two suspects arrested in armed robbery of Wauwatosa Kmart

Wauwatosa police investigating Kmart armed robbery

WAUWATOSA (WITI) -- Wauwatosa police are investigating an armed robbery at Kmart on Burleigh St. and Mayfair Rd. Monday evening, December 23rd.

Two suspects were taken into custody in connection to the incident. One suspect was arrested near 92nd and Fiebrantz. The other suspect was arrested after being found hiding by St. Timothy Church.

Wauwatosa police say that a citizen followed the suspects into Milwaukee and was able to help police locate them.

Milwaukee police were called to the scene to assist.
