Traffic slowed after two-vehicle wreck on I-94 in Waukesha Co.

WAUKESHA CO. -- Emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash involving a semi tractor trailer and a car early Friday evening.

The wreck happened on Interstate 94 near County Highway SS in Waukesha County.

Traffic had slowed to a stop, and the semi was unable to stop in time. The semi rear-ended a Toyota Prius, causing it to rollover into the nearby median.

A female driver was the lone person in the car during the accident. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The male driver of the semi was not hurt. Another vehicle was damaged by debris from the crash, but the people in that car were not hurt.
