Testimony for prosecution begins for gynecologist accused of sexual assault

MILWAUKEE -- The trial continued Tuesday, September 18th for a gynecologist accused of sexually assaulting his patients between 2008 and 2011.

47-year-old Evan Saunders is facing four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and four counts of disorderly conduct.

The women say they were assaulted at Saunder's office on Kinnickinnic River Parkway between 2008 and 2011.

Tuesday, testimony began for the prosecution.

One victim said Saunders violated her while speaking inappropriately about having an orgasm.

Saunders said he attended a conference that focused on women who could not orgasm and was just trying to apply what he learned.

Saunders could face up to four years in jail and heavy fines if convicted.
