Teenage boy hit by vehicle near Teutonia & Wright

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say a 13-year-old boy was struck by a car in the intersection of Teutonia Street and Wright Street Wednesday morning, June 6th while walking to school.

The incident occurred just before 8 a.m.

The boy received minor injuries and was taken to a hospital. He's expected to recover.

The driver of the car that struck the boy stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.
