Summerfest has attendance increase, Cajun restaurant closes

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- In business news for Thursday, July 11th, Summerfest drew more than 840,000 people this year -- a 4.3 percent increase over last year, when hot weather kept lots of folks at home.

Leinenkugel Brewing Company has given its original can with a new look with a retro feel -- inspired by the company's original packaging from the 1940s which was known then as "Chippewa Pride Beer."

Cajun restaurant Crawdaddy's is now closed. The West Allis restaurant's voice message says it will be closed through August.
