Sheboygan man accused of sexually assaulting disabled woman

SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- 44-year-old Bryan Urquhart of Sheboygan is charged with second-degree sexual assault for allegedly sexually assaulting a mentally disabled woman.

According to the criminal complaint, Sheboygan officers were dispatched to a home on Jefferson Ave. regarding an alleged sexual assault of a 39-year-old woman on Saturday, August 31st. The complaint indicates the victim has the "mental capacity of a fourth grader."

The complaint says the victim's guardian had asked the victim to go to Urquhart's home to pick up some videos. The complaint says the trip took longer than expected -- and when the victim returned, she told her guardian, "Please don't ask me to go back over there."

According to the complaint, the victim told police Urquhart was "feeling me" and "He made me feel uncomfortable." The complaint indicates there may have been in appropriate touching between Urquhart and the victim.

If convicted on the charge, Urquhart faces up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
