Racine man accused of inappropriate behavior with young girls
RACINE -- Leroy Williams is now charged in Racine County with inappropriately touching two daycare students and suggesting one of them have sex with him.
Williams works in the lunchroom as a food service worker at Gifford Elementary School in Racine. That school houses TLC Childcare, a daycare center.
According to the criminal complaint against Williams, he approached a couple of 12-year-old girls on Friday, August 31st. One of the victims says Williams "was pushing her on the swing and was touching her near her buttocks area, which made her feel uncomfortable." The complaint also says the second girl indicated "Williams had been talking to them about sex" and that he wanted to have sex with one of the girls.
The complaint says Williams told the girls "he keeps weed, cocaine and condoms in his car and backpack and has sex in his car every night."
According to the complaint, the girls asked Williams to stop pushing them on the swings and to stop talking to them. Williams then allegedly told one of the girls "if she said anything he would hurt her."
Williams faces two counts of exposing a child to harmful descriptions and multiple other charges including felony intimidation of a victim and bail jumping.
If convicted, Williams faces up to three-and-a-half years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
