Power restored to 2,800 West Bend We Energies customers

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Power has been restored to all of the roughly 2,800 We Energies customers affected in West Bend on Tuesday, January 7th.

We Energies spokesperson Cathy Schulze says a switch fuse unit failed out in a field, prompting the outage. It is unknown right now if the failure was weather-related.
