Police seeking suspect, vehicle in S. Milw. hit-and-run

SOUTH MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- South Milwaukee police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect and suspect vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Sunday, June 16th, just before 5:00 p.m.

Police say the hit-and-run caused injuries to two occupants on a motorcycle. Both were taken to the hospital.

The suspect vehicle is a newer model, dark red or burgundy SUV, similar to a GMC Yukon with tinted windows. The vehicle should have significant damage to its front passenger side, and at least one broken window on the passenger side.

The vehicle was being driven by a black male, and possibly also occupied by a black male passenger, who may have been injured.

The vehicle was last seen headed west on Rawson Ave. from Howell Ave. in Oak Creek.
