Police seek to identify two strong-armed robbery suspects



MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Police are asking the public to help identify strong-armed robbery suspects who are accused of robbing an elderly man in the 5800 block of W. Hampton Avenue on December 4th at approximately 3:35 pm.

According to police, the two suspects entered the store and suspect #1 approached the victim at the counter.  During that time, the suspect stole money from the victim and ran toward the door.

Police say the victim grabbed the suspect in an attempt to retrieve his money. At that time, the suspect struggled with the victim, punched him in the face, and ran out of the store. Suspect #2 got close to the victim's face during the struggle as if to intimidate him.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, with dark complexion, in his early 20's, and 5'7"-5'9" tall. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a Green Bay Packers sweater, a Green Bay Packers hat and dark shoes.

Suspect #2 is described as a black male, in his late teens to early 20's, 6' tall, a slim to medium build, a dark complexion, with shoulder-length hair in dreads. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, red pants, and light-colored shoes.
