Police seek suspect who ripped tablet from woman's arms
CALEDONIA (WITI) -- Caledonia police are asking for the public's help in their search for a suspect who robbed a woman of her tablet late on Wednesday, December 4th
Investigators say shortly after 11 p.m. Wednesday, the suspect approached the victim as she exited her vehicle in the parking lot of 426 3 Mile Rd. The suspect asked the victim if the tablet she was carrying was an iPad. The victim stated it was not -- and the suspect asked her questions about her tablet. As she started to answer the suspect, he shoved her to the ground, took the tablet and ran from the scene.
The suspect is described as a male, black, dark complexion, 5’7”-5’10”, average build, 20-30 years old. He was wearing a black leather motorcycle type jacket.
