Police search for man accused of stalking, OWI & bail jumping

KENOSHA -- Kenosha police are searching for a man accused of stalking, drunk driving and five-counts of bail jumping.

Thomas Esmond is the man wanted on all those charges and a $5,000 cash bond has been ordered.
