Police: Oklahoma man abandoned dogs in apartment unit because "they needed to be bathed"

MIDWEST CITY, OKLAHOMA (WITI) -- Authorities in Oklahoma have charged a man with animal cruelty -- after two severely emaciated dogs were found in an apartment unit in Midwest City.

FOX6's sister station KFOR in Oklahoma City says animal control officers were called out to the apartment unit after a maintenance worker discovered the dogs -- abandoned.
