Police: Man shot, injured near 39th and Ruby in Milwaukee, no arrests made

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened late Sunday night, December 17th.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. near 39th and Ruby.

Police say a 38-year-old man was shot during a suspected drug deal.  The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

MPD continues to seek suspect(s).
