Police: Man fatally shot during argument; arrest made
MILWAUKEE - A 23-year-old man was fatally shot near Hopkins Street and Villard Avenue Thursday afternoon, Sept. 10 -- the second homicide of the day in Milwaukee.
It happened around 1:15 p.m.
Police said it was the result of an apparent argument.
A 22-year-old man was arrested, and police said criminal charges would be referred to the district attorney.
