Police investigating three weekend shooting incidents

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating three weekend shooting incidents.

The first occurred Friday at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the 3600 block of N. Port Washington Road.

Police say a 25-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound after a brief argument in the street with an unknown suspect. The man was treated at the hospital. No arrests have been made in this incident at this time, but police say the investigation is ongoing.

The second shooting incident occurred at approximately 1:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of W. Finn Place.

Police say a 21-year-old man was shot in the face during an argument in the street with an unknown suspect. Police say they arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with this shooting.

The third shooting incident occurred Saturday, March 10th at 7:45 p.m. near 38th and Wright Street.

Police say a 37-year-old man arrived at a hospital for treatment of his injury and reported the incident to police.

Police say their investigation is ongoing and the circumstances that led to the shooting are unknown. The extent of the man's injuries is also unknown at this time.
