Police investigating shooting of teen near S. 6th Street

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating the shooting of a male in the 800 block of S. 6th Street.

The shooting occurred early Saturday, February 9th -- just before 3:00 a.m.

Police say the victim is a male in his late teens.  He sustained one gunshot wound to stomach.

The victim is being treated at a hospital for non life threatening injuries.  The incident is under investigation.
