Police investigate four separate shooting incidents
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating four separate shooting incidents that occurred overnight from Friday, April 12th into Saturday morning, April 13th..
A 27-year-old woman was shot in the shoulder during a domestic incident. This occurred near 13th and Lincoln on the city's south side. She was treated and released from a hospital and a male suspect is in custody.
Also on the city's south side, an 18-year-old man was shot in the stomach 19th and Lincoln following an altercation in the street. He was conveyed to a hospital and remains in stable condition.
In another incident, a 22-year-old man suffered two gunshots in the back. He was taken to a hospital has been upgraded to stable condition. Police are continuing to investigate.
Early Saturday morning, a 25-year-old man arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound to the calf. Police say he claims to be the occupant of a vehicle struck by gunfire near 42nd and Capitol Dr. on the city's north side.
