Police: 'Family trouble' resulted in fatal stabbing of 18-year-old man near 39th and Cherry

MILWAUKEE --  Milwaukee police detectives were on the scene of a fatal stabbing near 39th Street and Cherry Street Saturday, Nov. 23 -- a few blocks east of Washington Park.

Police said an 18-year-old man was stabbed and transported to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. An arrest was made, and police said the incident stemmed from family trouble.

An investigation was ongoing.
