Police: Criminal Investigation Bureau looking into crash near Teutonia & Villard

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a car crash that happened early on Sunday, March 20th.

The wreck happened near the intersection of Teutonia and Villard around 2 a.m.
