Police: Bomb threat called into Kmart store on Mayfair Road

WAUWATOSA (WITI) -- Wauwatosa police tell FOX6 News a bomb threat was called into the Kmart store on Mayfair Road on Wednesday, October 1st.

We're told the phone call came in shortly after 6:00 p.m.

Law enforcement officials have deemed the threat isn't credible -- but the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office's K-9 unit was called to the scene. The K-9 unit swept the exterior and interior of the store as a precaution.
