Police: Arrest made in fatal stabbing on the Fourth of July; victim identified

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police have identified the woman stabbed to death early Friday morning, July 4th.

She is 18-year-old Justice McCoy.

McCoy was stabbed in a home in the 2600 block of N. 14th Street -- shortly before 2:30 a.m.

Witnesses indicate that the woman was stabbed by her boyfriend during an argument.

McCoy woman was taken to the hospital -- where she later died.

Police say the suspect fled the scene -- but police say they have been able to arrest him.
