Police: 29-year-old man shot, killed near 49th and Fiebrantz

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say they are investigating a fatal shooting that happened in the area of 49th and Fiebrantz on Sunday, June 19th around 8:30 a.m.

Polie say a 29-year-old man was shot and killed during circumstances that are under investigation. The victim has been identified as Remone Reed.

Reed was pronounced dead at the scene despite the life-saving efforts of first responders.

MPD continues to seek a motive and search for suspect(s).
