Police: 29-year-old man shot & injured in broad daylight on Wednesday afternoon

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating after a 29-year-old Milwaukee man was shot on Wednesday afternoon, July 30th.

It happened in the 1500 block of W. Lincoln Avenue just before 12:30 p.m.

Police say the shooting victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of a non life-threatening injury.

The circumstances surrounding this shooting are under investigation.

No one is in custody.
