Police: 21-year-old man shot, seriously hurt while seated in vehicle near 2nd & Townsend

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened near 2nd and Townsend on Tuesday afternoon, April 19th.

It happened shortly before 2:30 p.m.

Police say a 21-year old Milwaukee man was shot while sitting inside of a vehicle.

He suffered a serious injury and was taken to the hospital.

The investigation is ongoing and MPD continues to seek suspects and determine a motive.
