Oconomowoc man arrested for 4th OWI charge

OCONOMOWOC — An Oconomowoc man was arrested for his 4th OWI Tuesday night, September 25th after being stopped by police for lane deviation.

49-year-old Phillip Stevens was traveling westbound on I-94 near STH 83 when he was pulled over by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post around 8:35 p.m. for lane deviation. During the traffic stop the trooper detected a strong odor of intoxicants.

Stevens was arrested following a field sobriety test. Stevens was then taken to Waukesha Memorial Hospital for a legal blood draw and then transported to the Waukesha County Jail.
