MPD squad involved in crash near Hopkins and Hampton

MILWAUKEE -- A crash involving a Milwaukee police squad occurred near Hopkins Street and Hampton Avenue on Tuesday, Sept. 11.

It happened shortly after 4 p.m.

According to the Milwaukee Fire Department, two people were transported to a local hospital.

The Milwaukee Police Department says two officers in the squad suffered minor injuries.
