MPD officer on motorcycle struck by vehicle near 12th and State; driver remained on scene

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say a 58-year-old officer on a motorcycle was struck by a vehicle near 12th and State Tuesday morning, June 6th.

It happened around 9:45 a.m.

Police said the officer was taken to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

The driver of the vehicle who struck him remained on scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
