Milwaukee teen accused of sexual assault in Walworth Co.

WALWORTH CO. (WITI) -- 17-year-old Daniel Tencle Frias of Milwaukee made his initial appearance in court on Friday, February 1st. Tencle Frias is charged with repeated sexual assault of a child.

The criminal complaint says Tencle Frias admits to having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl three times between September 2012 and January 2013. Tencle Frias told police each of those encounters happened in Lake Geneva.

If convicted, Frias faces up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
