Milwaukee police need help to identify robbery suspects



MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Police released surveillance video Wednesday, May 22nd from the February 18th armed robbery and shooting at the Lincoln Supermarket located at 1534 W. Lincoln Avenue.

According to officials, detectives followed-up on several leads in the months since the incident, however the suspects remain at large.

MPD and the victims are now asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects. Additionally, the family of the victims is now offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrests of the suspects.

The incident happened at 7:12 p.m. on February 18th. The two suspects entered the store and pointed guns at the employees while demanding money.

Both of the suspects walked to the enclosed cashier area and suspect #2 fired a shotgun, striking both victims. Suspect #1 then took money from the cash register. Suspect #2 then accidentally fired the shotgun again while exiting the store, striking the floor.

The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Suspect #1 is described as a white male, 5'10", medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and a black glove on the left hand. He was armed with a silver handgun.

Suspect #2 is described as a white male, 5'5", medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, dark pants, and a black glove on his left hand. He was armed with a shotgun.
