MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal collision between a pickup truck and a motorcycle at 39th and Hampton. The wreck was reported around 8:40 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Police said the motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Froedtert Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.



The driver of the pickup truck stayed on the scene and is cooperating with police.
