Milwaukee police: 36-year-old man shot, wounded near 27th and Atkinson

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting near 27th and Atkinson just before 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1.

Officials say a 36-year-old Milwaukee man was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances and determine a motive.
