MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting incident that happened near 13th and Nash on the city's north side early Wednesday, May 29.

Officials say a 31-year-old woman was shot and wounded just after 1 a.m. She is expected to survive her injuries.

Investigators are searching for suspects and a motive in this case.
