Milwaukee police: 27-year-old man shot, injured near 26th & Nash

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred N. 26th and Nash at 6:25 p.m. on October 30.

According to police, a 27-year-old man from Milwaukee presented himself at a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim is not cooperating with our investigation and gave statements that are inconsistent with evidence located at the scene.

The injury appears to be non-life threatening.

The investigation into this matter is ongoing.
