Milwaukee police: 20-year-old woman shot, injured near 48th & Villard

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Friday morning, November 21st.

It happened shortly before 1:30 a.m. near 48th and Villard.

According to police, a 20-year-old woman was taken to the hospital for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

No suspects are in custody and the incident remains under investigation.
