Milwaukee police: 1 person shot, taken to hospital near Hubbard and Keefe

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened near Hubbard Street and Keefe Avenue on Thursday, Aug. 16.

The call to officials came in shortly before 3 p.m.

According to police, one person was shot and suffered non-life threatening injuries. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.

No suspects are in custody.

The investigation is ongoing.
