Milwaukee man arrested in connection with hit-and-run crash on Brady St.

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police have arrested a suspect in connection with a hit-and-run crash that happened on Brady St. on Wednesday, June 15th,

Officials say around 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, a black pick-up truck struck several vehicles at the intersection of Arlington and Brady — and then attempted to leave the scene.  Witnesses attempted to stop the driver by standing in the roadway and blocking the pick-up truck’s path. Eventually the truck was able to flee the area.



A citizen tip led officers to conduct follow-up in the 1900 block of N. Oakland Avenue around 8:00 a.m. on June 17th.

The striking vehicle was located and further investigation led to the arrest of the driver, a 30-year-old Milwaukee man.

Charges of recklessly endangering safety will be presented to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
