Man pleads not guilty in Naperville bar stabbings

WHEATON, Ill. (AP) -- A man accused of murdering a suburban Chicago school teacher and attempting to kill two other people has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Daniel Olaska entered his plea Monday in DuPage County Circuit Court. The 27-year-old Olaska is charged in the Feb. 4 death of 24-year-old Shaun Wild of Brown Deer, Wis. Olaska has been indicted on 14 counts, including seven counts of first degree murder, and two counts of attempted murder.

Wild, who graduated from North Central College in December, was in his first year as a second-grade teacher at Spring Brook Elementary School in Naperville.

During the hearing, defense attorney Brian Telander sought all video shot that night by club security cameras.

Olaska is being held without bond in the DuPage County Jail.
